Armstrong Is a Tobacco Free Campus

Free Smoking Cessation Classes for Fall Semester

(Aug. 10, 2012) In support of the university's campus-wide tobacco-free policy, Armstrong is offering free tobacco and smoking cessation courses for students, faculty, and staff. The Fresh Start cessation course includes three one-hour sessions held over a three-day period, or one three-hour session in a single day. The classes are free of charge.

The following sessions are available:

August 20, 22, and 23, 6:00-7:00p.m., Student Recreation Center
August 27, 28, and 30, 11:30a.m.-12:30p.m., University Hall 282 (lunch provided free of charge)
September 18, 19, and 20, 7:30-8:30p.m., Student Recreation Center
October 13, 1:00-4:00p.m., Student Recreation Center
